Damages 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us
immediately at shopkaybeacollection@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item - report this within 2 days of receiving the package.
Any damages reported after 2 days will not be accounted for. 
Returns, Refunds, Exchanges
Returns for online orders will be issued in store credit in the form of a digital gift Card.
We MUST receive your return within 10 DAYS of your order date to be eligible for store credit. Shipping charges are not refundable. You are responsible for the shipping charges of the return. Mail back to 1 Monument Avenue, Charlestown MA 02129.
Returns must be scent and stain free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
SALE items are FINAL and cannot be returned as well as the following items:
  • All jewelry
  • Bodysuits 
  • Bags/purses/wallets
  • Swimsuits
If you return a non-refundable item or the item is received to us after 10 days of the order date, store credit will NOT be issued.
Once your package has been scanned by USPS or UPS, we are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
